"I was looking to purchase this jacket for a long time and finally I decided that not only did I need it but it would be a great gift for my sister as well. The jacket is soft and I love the look of it, it works well with this unpredictable NY weather. Customer service was so helpful when FedEx delivered to the wrong address they immediately shipped out my replacements. I will definitely be purchasing more items.
