Can I make changes to my order?
Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
I've got a promo code. Where do I enter it?
Please view your Shopping Bag at checkout to insert your Promo Code before Payment.
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
If an item on wilsonsleather.com is reduced in price within 14-days of the order being placed, we will be happy to offer a refund for the difference.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email us pictures of the item along with your order number as soon as you receive the item, and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Please be sure to look out for your Shipping Confirmation email that will have all tracking numbers for you to reference!
How long will my order to take to arrive and what is the shipping costs?

How do I return my online order by courier?
We will gladly accept merchandise returns within 30 days of delivery given the item is in new/salable condition, unworn and unaltered with the original tags still attached Please indicate the reason for your return on the return form, include this form in the return package and record the return label tracking number for your records.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item. We will be happy to honor the original price you paid.
Will my refund include courier charges?
If you choose to use the label included in your package, a charge of $6 will be deducted from your refund amount.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 14 days once we receive the item for your funds to be reflected on your account
How to order?
Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed. You'll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
If you don't see your country listed, we do not currently ship to that destination.
If you are shipping to the u.s. or an apo/fpo address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.
Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during checkout.
Exchange Rates, Duties and Taxes?
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by fedex and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates are updated every day.
International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (vat) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that fedex supports.
Shipping Options and Costs?
International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
We offer economy and priority shipping options.
Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping to international destinations.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.
Once your transaction is complete, see a shipping range specific to your destination in checkout.
Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges?
We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We do not reimburse any duties or local taxes.
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order. Note: applicable vat tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order with images of the item. Note: a replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. We are not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.
