Not Happy - Poor Customer Support
"Took almost three weeks for any movement on my order, though the jacket was listed as in stock. Called and emailed support to cancel my order after a week (10 days) of not hearing anything. Called two more times because the order was never canceled, finally had to file a dispute with my credit card. Four days after that, magically my jacket shipped, even though I had already went out and bought one locally. Used to LOVE Wilsons Leather, now will never buy from them again."
