How do I enroll in the Wilsons Leather Rewards program?

Customers will automatically be enrolled in the Wilson Leather Rewards program when they make a purchase and provide a valid email address in a Wilsons Leather store or online at WilsonsLeather.com. There is no membership card. Just provide your email address with every purchase to earn points. It is that easy.

Is there a cost to join?

No, the rewards program is free to join.

What do I get when I join?

Members will receive 20% Off entire purchase when they join. In addition, members may receive 500 bonus points when updating their profile through a link provided in the welcome email.

EARNING REWARD POINTS

How do I earn Wilsons Leather Rewards points?

Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent on merchandise in a Wilsons Leather store or online at WilsonsLeather.com (example: spend $50, earn 500 points) when their email address is provided as part of the transaction. Members will receive a $10 Wilsons Leather reward certificate via email for every 1000 points earned. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.

What if I made a purchase without presenting my email address?

If you were shopping without your email address and would like to add your purchase to your account, please send a copy of your receipt to customerservice@e.wilsonsleather.com and the points will be added to your account. You may only do so within 90 days of the transaction date.

What exclusions are there for earning points?

Points are issued for merchandise only. Tax and the purchase of gift cards are excluded from earning points.

Do my online purchases made at WilsonsLeather.com qualify for reward points?

Yes. If you make a purchase at WilsonsLeather.com, you will automatically get assigned points. Make sure the email address used during your purchase matches your enrolled account.

How can I verify my point balance?

To get your point balance, you may call the Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service at 1-866-401-1814 or watch for updates via Rewards emails.

I have two or more member accounts. Can they be combined?

Yes. Please contact our Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-401-1814 to combine your accounts. Accounts must belong to the same member in order to be combined.

REWARD CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE AND REDEMPTION

How do I receive my Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates?

Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates are issued via email by the 15th day of every month. Any member who has reached the 1000 point threshold will be emailed a Wilsons Leather Rewards certificate (1000 points = $10 reward, 2000 points = $20 reward, etc.). The maximum reward amount that will be awarded in any month is $100.

How do I redeem my Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates?

Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates are redeemable in any Wilsons Leather store or online at WilsonsLeather.com. Redeeming online? During the checkout payment process, enter the Certificate Number in the Gift Card field. Reward certificates may only be used one-time toward a purchase of equal or greater value. No monetary value will be issued if you purchase an item of lesser value than the Wilsons Leather Rewards certificate.

Do Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates expire?

Yes. You must redeem your Wilsons Leather Rewards certificate prior to the expiration date noted on the certificate. Wilsons Leather Rewards certificates are good for 60 days from the date of issuance.

Can I replace a lost or stolen Wilsons Leather Rewards certificate?

If the certificate has not been redeemed and has not expired, you may contact Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service at 1-866-401-1814 to have the certificate reissued via email. However, because a Wilsons Leather Rewards certificate is like cash, we are unable to send out a new certificate once the certificate has been redeemed.

I'm not receiving your emails, or I never received my 20% Off entire purchase for joining. What should I do?

Many times Internet Service Providers mistakenly send incoming emails to Spam/Bulk/Junk email folders. Please check to see if your email/coupon is located in your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not see the email in your Spam/Junk email folder it is possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up. Please contact Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service at 1-866-401-1814 and we will be happy to research for you.

If you choose to discontinue email communications you may do so by contacting Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service, or by unsubscribing via the "Unsubscribe" link on all emails. However, you may still receive reward certificates when earned. If you wish to discontinue membership please contact Wilsons Leather Rewards Customer Service at 1-866-401-1814.
