I got this bag and really like the style, but the front face zipper and the top (main entry) zipper do not work well at all! So I am returning the bag. Customer Service was very pleasant and will make the return easy.

The price was great for this handbag & love the color. I chose Ruby. It's roomy inside once you can get it open. Returned this bag due to the top & front zippers got stuck. WilsonLeathers made it very easy to return as I wanted the same handbag. Returned the 1st one, got the 2nd one [...] The zippers arrived closed. As soon as I opened them, both became stuck again. Was going to call to return 2nd bag, then noticed the more I zipped & unzipped the zippers, it's becoming a bit easier for them to slide open & closed.
