This jacket looks great, but I was a bit displeased with the type of leather used. It is *almost* suede-ish. It has a hint of a velvety feel and the jacket does "change" color, like when you run your hands over suede in different directions. If one is looking for this jacket to keep them warm, keep on looking. This jacket is about as thin as any leather jacket is going to come. It does help it stay on the light sight though. My only two gripes with the design are that the arm holes are not put higher. There is a bit of excess material under the arm that does not make for a very modern/slim fit. Alas, I find the sleeves to be too long. I will have to take this to a tailor, but that is no big deal: most clothes have to be taken to a tailor with me. I deducted a star for the type of leather and the excessive sleeve length. With all that said , I really do enjoy the versatility of the design: a plain bike jacket like this one can go with pretty much anything!
