Comments about Wilsons Leather Columbia Distressed Jacket:
There are many things to like about this jacket and it is not as easy to find a brown leather jacket as it is a black one. A lot of the brown shades are just ugly but not this one. The leather may not be as heavyweight as some of the better quality mc jackets but its close and much better than a lot of the mc jackets you see. The leather is almost as thick as my schott riding jacket. I would consider it a medium to heavyweight leather jacket. The jacket is very warm with a very attractive, coordinated, tan cotton lining. Im 5'8" 195lbs, 42" chest, 34" waist. I usually wear a med-large and the med fit almost perfect. In my opinion it runs slightly big so if you are between sizes you should definitely order the smaller size. In the pic it looks kind of 2 tone but the color of mine was more of a consistent shade overall. The leather is not a smooth leather, not even as smooth looking as it appears the pic. Thats not a bad feature - just depends on your preference. It has more of a buff or naked feel to it with a very slight, raised, more natural grain. Although wilsons doesnt describe this jacket as a naked leather, i have a riding jacket that is naked leather and the grain, texture, smell and sheen is identical to this columbia jacket. Im not sure how much you would be able to wipe down with a wet rag if you got a spot on it but it looks and feels great. Naked leathers are more porous than smooth leathers. This is probably not a jacket you would want to get caught in the rain in, although that may give it even a more distressed look. It also has that natural leather fragrance that most of the smoother finished leather jackets dont have much of. One of the better quality jackets that ive purchased from wilsons over the years. [...].I cant really say anything bad about this jacket. The cons i listed are really just nit picking and more for information purposes. The sale price is a bargain.

I think I am going to like it. Would like it to have zip out lining, but still best i could find for my needs. did not fnd it heavy compared to my bike leather.

Comments about Wilsons Leather Columbia Distressed Jacket:
This is a great jacket...very stylish. It's a little stiff initially but after wearing it out several times, it's nice and comfortable now. I constantly get complements from both friends and strangers alike about the look of the jacket since it has nice clean lines, great color and it feels slightly fitted. Again, highly recommended.
