I liked the look of this purse. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it would have meet my need for traveling. The front pocket zipper would catch in two places, causing me to think it would not last. Not the Quality I expected again from Wilsons. That is the only reason I would not recommend this item.

    I ordered this purse thinking that the dimensions would be correct. I was very disappointed to find that it is an inch shorter than it claims. I have been trying to return it for four days and after three phone calls I still have not received the ups return label. I have always been happy with my in store items. I will not be using their online site again.

      It is a GREAT bag, but I was NEVER sent the one pictured. The bag I received had a cloth strap instead of leather. I was VERY disappointed because when I returned it for the correct bag, I was sent the very SAME bag, again with a cloth strap which I had to return! I am reluctant to order anything from Wilson's online again because of that incident and I do NOT live near a Wilson's store. However, I did not have trouble returning and getting a full refund...just time consuming. I really fell in love with that bag with leather strap. Too bad.
