Just wanted to say that I love this trench! I don't have anything like it and thought to give it a try. I was afraid it'll be too small and the next size up was not available -- fits fine! It's indeed a fitted design and there's no space left over whatsoever, but the fit is true to size. Exceeded expectations!

Due to the vague description "contemporary" I ordered my regular size and had to return for the next size up. I did have a nice operator, on the phone, that was helpful. He explained it meant "fitted". If Wilsons means "fitted" just write "fitted" and save customer time and $, please.

This jacket is made from super soft glove leather. The problem with that is that after some normal use color starts to fade, making the jacket look charcoal black instead of true black. It also runs small so the fit feels tight around the under arms. Love that it has a timeless, classic design, but probably will have to take it to get dyed in the near future.

Buy one size larger. I'm driving 100 miles to replace the one I received. Since it's no longer available in my size online, I love it so much, we'll make the trip!

The only problem I had was that the belt was way too big,if you could fit in the belt,the coat would never fit you!!The sales people were great,and let me come back and swap the huge belt for a smaller one.I would consider making the belts a little smaller.

It is best to order this coat in a size larger than you would normally wear. I asked the customer service rep if it ran true to size and she said it does. Wrong answer. However, it is a nice coat.

I will wear this as a dress coat, not an everyday coat. It is very stylish, warm, but not bulky. My only complaint, and it's minor, is I needed to tighten a button that seemed loose and while extra buttons were included I didn't want to take the chance of losing it. It does run smaller than most coats but I ordered a medium and it fits great. I would definitely order another although the quality is such that I don't think it will wear out for a long, long time. The reviews I read prior to ordering were very helpful.

This coat is awesome ! I love the fit and the soft non-binding leather smells fantastic! I will wear this coat OFTEN !!! Shipping time was fast but, I want a Wilson's Leather store closer to me !!!!

This really is a great coat and I will wear it for years despite the "cons" listed. Make sure you order according to the sizing chart because it runs about 2 sizes small and I wanted extra room to allow for sweaters and to be comfortable while driving. The biggest complaint I have is the buckle on the belt. It is beyond cheap and will never work because it made of very thin metal. It bent while I tried on the coat and just stood there. I will end up removing it and just tying the belt. It is also not as warm as I had hoped since I was looking to replace a leather duster coat I had that keeps me warm in below 0 temps. Guess I will just keep both!

Coat is heavy/bulky. Looks worn in places. Belt especially looks cheap. Not as soft as I expected.
