Haven't received my items yet becaue when I called to make them aware UPS delivered to wrong address he told me I had to wait 4-6 days then call back.
Does that make sense, I was telling the service rep I saw on UPS that it was deliverd I did not receive it he told me I had to wait.
I called UPS and made them aware of the issue and they resolved it will be redeliverd to me today4/22/132 was suppose ot get ot me on 4/16/13.
What a shame Wilson will never get my money again not for the merchanidse but due to their lousy customer service.

AIhope you post this on yor website beacuse if you don't then you really don't want to know what is wrong with yoru customer service.

The leather jacket is very stylish and looks great. Am very pleased with the feel of the leather. Color is wonderful. In short, I am very pleased with my new jacket and would recommend it. Love wearing it and the compliments I receive.

Runs small in the arms- short arm length. I am a small person and needed to return 3 times. Had to get a large so the arms were comfortable- but now a bulky in the chest area. Belt is not as long as it is pictured- unless you have absolutely no waist. I like the jacket and am sick of exchanging but it is a poor fit.

I own several leather jackets and have purchased from Wilson's stores in the past with no problems. This jacket - as far as the body - does run a little small, so I ordered one size up and it seemed to fit well. What I didn't like about it was that the liner is only in the body and the leather for the sleeves is VERY thin and cheap. In addition the leather on one sleeve did not match the leather on the other sleeve...one was really shiny, sort of how fake leather looks. On the bright side, customer service was super helpful and even provided a prepaid return shipping label. So great customer service; Poor product.

the leather was soft. The cut was classic. The sleeves were very tight and short.

I had been searching for a mid length leather coat and was excited to have finally found one. Boy was I disappointed. The coat is cheap. The leather is very thin. The leather around the pocket was ripped and I had to return it.
