I have purchased 3 sets of these gloves. Two of them have Thinsulate lining, and one of them is unlined. The lined versions are good for cool weather motorcycling but not cold weather. Thus far they have worn fairly well, despite being soft deerskin. I have many pairs of motorcycling gloves but wear these the most often. I would recommend them for areas with mild/moderate winters (I live in Atlanta GA).

I got these as a gift for my husband, but one of the gloves leather was stain, like if it was bleached. I called customer service to see if I could exchange them but was told I could only do returns. Why don't you guys check the quality of the products before shipping?

These gloves aren't bad at all. I use these for riding on my motorcycle when it's below 55 degrees and they do a good job of keeping my fingers warm. The leather is nice 'n soft which I think is Deer Skin and the break in process was very quick. They should have that distressed look by October. My only gripe is that they are not longer (gauntlet style) to go over sleeves and keep the wind out.

I've owned the Wilson Leather Glove - Black for years. Great glove, usually get years out of one pair, and when they fail it's the stitching, never the leather.

Great quality, warm for 95% of the winter, the other 5% you need a ski glove (in the northeast).

This time around the glove has been updated with a zipper rather than a leather strap with velcrow fastener.

I just can't get past the zipper, it's not my style. My guess, it's some kind of nod to the motorcycle driver customer. Nothing wrong with that but that wasn't what I was looking for.

Since I'm sold on the quality of the glove, I bought another but now I'm stuck looking like a wanna be .. :)

Sure wish I could have the original style as an option.

I like the soft black deer skin leather and warm inside comfort. I do a lot of walking and hiking in the Pacific Northwest, and these keep my hands dry and "toasty!"

I have long fingers and the gloves don't fit the fingers well, great gloves otherwise
