I've been searching for a simple and very usable day bag in leather with cleanable lining. This design of this bag is perfect. I like the two separate pockets on the inside and the reach in pocket on the back with magnets to keep it secure. Although this bag is clearly geared for men, I am a woman who really loves the messenger style. It just works so much better for me. Anytime I have a purse with zippers, I end up leaving then open - just not all that practical. This bag is just the right size to carry my wallet, earphones, cosmetic bag, brush and any other incidentals. The size is also just right for when I want to bring the iPad as well.

The leather is decent and should hold up well. I bought this in brown at my local Wilson Outlet store and then ordered the black one online.

This bag was purchased to carry my iPad 3 and the accessories. Took it on a trip aready and it was great...charger, Kindle and my iPad all fit in it nicely. Looks great carrying it and it is NOT a big bulky bag. Love the size and look, recommend it!

I use it to put my stuff in so that it is accessible but not having to be in my hand. There are quite a few pockets that make it convenient to have what you want at your finger tips. Fits nicely against your body so it doesn't get in the way.

I got this for my Dad for Christmas. He does tech work and when he goes job to job he needs something to carry all of his fancy electronics in. He has a phone, an ipad something or another and also his wallet and keys and it just got too much to carry! This looks stylish but not TOO much for a big burly man like my Dad! I can't wait til Christmas to give it to him!

I really, really , really want a Saddleback Leather Co. messenger bag, but for about $300 cheaper, this is a great bag. I am over 6' so I look silly wearing the strap across my chest, the bag rises too high. They need to lengthen the strap and make it swivel and the bag would be perfect. It could be a little more rugged looking as well, but it really is a nice bag.

I keep my ipod, phone, bluetooth headset, wallet, sunglasses, checkbook, school planner, and some other things inside.

I like that it stays up when I set it on a desk or table and doesn't fall down. I like that there are side flaps that close inward so nothing falls out of the pockets if you turn the bag upside down. The magnets are great at keeping the pockets closed.

A couple things I don't like is that I don't like that the strap doesn't swivel or rotate so you have to untwist the strap when it gets twisted. Also the strap could be a little longer.

The satchel is perfect in size for toting my iPad 2 and all of it's accessories, including charger, camera connection kit, stylus, HDMI cable and adaptor, headphones, cleaner and cloth and Flick joystick.

Nothing rubs, the stitching appears well crafted, the magnets are strong enough to keep the flaps closed but not so strong it interferes with the iPad 2 magnets for the smart cover.

Drawing out and placing in the iPad is a breeze. Matched with the suede Fedora I purchased at the same time and I have an Indiana Jones complex.
