This bag is wonderful. My husband rides the subway to work, and has caught other guys enviously eyeing his bag, and then turning to their own inferior bags with a slight disgust in their eyes.

Given that most other bags of similar style and quality are at least $400, this is quite a bargain.

The only drawback I can mention is that after about 4 months of ownership and daily use, the handle strap broke. I called the customer care, who to my astonishment answered almost immediately with a human being! This bonafide human unfortunately notified me that they do not offer replacement parts, and they have a 90 day return policy. Although that was disappointing, she gave me another number for possible product defect related replacement. That went straight to VM. I am currently waiting for a call back.

Despite the possible defect, if it is not replaced, my husband will probably still use the bag, I mean, who uses the handle anyway?

I bought this bag as a present for my husband and haven't given it to him yet! So I can't speak to the use and performance of it (that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars), but from a gift-giver perspective, I LOVE it!! The descriptions and pictures on-line perfectly represented what I got. It is beautiful, made of soft leather, and very stylish! I had been searching for a bag like this in the retail stores and found a few that I didn't like nearly as much as this one, but were priced at 3-4x the price!

This bag is exquisite. The leather is soft and obviously high quality. The size is perfect, and there are just the right amount of pockets without becoming overwhelming. I bought it as a group gift and everyone loved it! Its hard to buy things sight unseen, but I have yet to be disappointed with Wilson.
