I bought 2 of these belts for Christmas for myself, brown and black. They looked great when I bought them and after about 2 months they are cracked and wearing out. The lacing is all leather but the subcore is kind of like a heavy cardboard which easily wore out, cracked and will break soon. I am very disappointed in Wilson's for selling this low quality of an item and will try to take both back to the store where I bought them.

I bought this belt at a Wilson Outlet store in Myrtle Beach, SC. It lasted 2 months before the leather mesh broke where it goes through the buckle. Don't waste your money.

Really like the Pelle belts. They are a classic style that is very versatile. On an older belt, some flaking of the finish though.

I was doing yard work, when suddenly my pants got very loose. The belt had broken where the weave connects to the buckle. It was not from being pulled too tight, as I have lost weight and was not putting any stress on it whatsoever.

I bought this belt in black for my son and then for me. It was so ridgid that his broke off about 8 inches from the metal tip in the first month. I thought he was just being hard on it by mine did the same thing in about the same amount of time. I don't know about the brown ones
