Contacted Wilson Leather and they checked warehousee and noted an error that cross referenced the EVA bag so it would ship instead of the Bentley bag. They sent me a return shipping label but have not been able to advise me if the Bentley bag is correctly available or offer any additional assistance. We will be shopping elsewhere

Is a great piece but the store offered more of a discount. On line I didn't get the same discount then there were taxes and shipping. The trip back to the store would have been to much more. I'm happy with the case though.

this item is too heavy to start with and too small, not enough capacity for packing. zipper was stuck at corner, i freed it but am afraid with use it will break. not good for long dresses, gowns.
