This does not replace a handbag (I thought since it was described as a cross body bag that it was essentially a pocketbook bag; it's not.) This is essentially a WALLET to contain credit cards, cash and a few other trifles and not much else. But despite my disappointment in the size, I decided to keep it as it's so well made.
