I received an IPad for Christmas and have looked for a purse to carry it since then. This is perfect...I looked at so many purses and they were the too large totes, or they looked like a briefcase, or they were for men. Unisex, but really for men. This is awesome. It carries everything I need, including my Pad, which is in a Griffin case, while not being big and bulky. The color is much better than the picture would lead you to believe and can be used with black or brown shoes/clothes. It's without doubt the best I have seen, and the most convenient.

My hubby ordered this for me as a gift in black. I wore out my first one (brown) after 5 years of rough use. I would not give it up because I could not find a suitable replacement. He got the bright idea to go to the Wilson's website and try the style number. I was so pleased to find you still carried that style.

I have a long time love affair with this bag. I have nearly worn out my 3rd bag and am looking to purchase this again. It used to have a more vertical counterpart, and that was smaller, but also really neat for keeping organized...but alas, this is the hold-out I hope they never stop making. I only wish they would make it in dark brown. I love that when I am in a hurry to check out, when running multiple grocery errands, all I have to do is flip up the exterior, magnetcally closed flap, (completely opens, unlike most on the market that are hinged) and my license is right there to show, as well as enough slots for credit cards, business cards, etc. This bag has numerous zippered areas. I use one for cash, instead of a separate wallet, and an exterior one for important papers, etc. There are two smaller zippered areas in the two interoior areas, I use one for extra jewelry and the other for keys, etc. There's plenty of space in the two interior areas for checkbook, makeup, meds, brush, glasses, etc. Along with the great amount of areas to put things, it has both a short hand strap and a detachable, adjustable long shoulder strap. When this first came out, the short handle had hardware, but it is now stitched in place. I like to switch off from carrying it by hand or shoulder, so it is perfect for me. The Lambskin leather is soft and has some irregularities, but I like that. I could carry a notebook in it, but I don't have one! There's not another bag like this on the market! Love it!

I didn't begin using the bag as soon as a bought it. It wasn't until almost 2 months later that I started to use it. After less than two months of use the clip for the shoulder strap broke.(There was a defect in the way it was cast.) When I called customer service I was told I was past my 90-day return period. I was referred to another department and told all they could do was send me replacement clips which I would then have to take to a leather repair shop to have sewn onto my shoulder strap. I find that to be very poor customer service. All I was requesting was a replacement shoulder strap. Plus, the replacement clips they sent are three times the size of the original clips, they would never work.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bag. As a busy personal assistant,I find I have to carry two calendars,and this bag lets me do it in style! Although some of the compartments look more like an excuse to add a zipper, for the most part it's roomy and practical. Not liking the shoulder strap at all, though.
