My high school aged son has narrow shoulders and this backpack can be adjusted to fit him just right. His old backpack always gave him backaches but no complaints with this one. We switched to this several months ago and it has held up great, especially considering his 30# of books he has to carry on a daily basis. He can wear the straps diagonally too so now he wears it that way when he rides his bike to school.

This is an extremely poor quality product. After the second use, one of the zippers broke. The product material is extremely thin, and this backpack would not stand up to repeated use. Not sure how the straps are supposed perform as advertised - they can be attached in multiple configurations, but are so short they can't possibly be used as indicated on the product literature. Interesting idea, but very poorly executed. Many other backpacks on the market that are much higher quality and well worth the extra cost.
