I wear this jacket whenever I'm not in uniform and not expecting to exert myself physically. I wear it with boat shoes or running shoes, jeans or khakis, and collared shirts or t-shirts--it works with everything. The leather is incredibly soft and the perfect texture to avoid both shine and dullness.

Clearly, I'm a fan of this jacket, but read this caveat on fit. I'm barrel-chested (my torso is both wide and deep, the real definition of barrel-chested) and I'm fairly muscular. Based on the "modern fit" guidelines in the product description, I expected room in the chest/shoulders area and a snug fit in the lower torso/abdomen area. After all, that's what the description says. Well, that's not quite what I got. At 5'9" and 210 lbs, I overfill the top of my large jacket but swim in the bottom. I always need to buy a modern fit suit, and the chest is usually a bit tight, but I'm afraid I'll tear the zipper on my jacket if I move too fast. And, without adjustment tabs along the sides/bottom, I can't take in any of the slack around the waist. So, be warned--the "modern fit" isn't cut much differently than a regular fit.

That being said, this is a quality item that I will continue to wear. I wanted a snugger fit on the bottom, but since it still looks good (perhaps a bit more classic than modern looking), I'm not really complaining.

Plus, the price was excellent. I shopped for leather jackets in over ten different stores, both in person and online, and Wilson Leather had the best prices and quality, and it received the greatest number of recommendations from salespeople at those other stores.

Great jacket and good leather. Use for everything outdoors when it is cold and keeps warm, also a good looking jacket. I like the cut.

I have been using this jacket for two years and it still looks new. I use it when it's in the thirty's and it still keeps me warm. I highly recommend this jacket.

Great jacket for affordable prize. Perfect quality, not heavy, jacket very comfortable, though I would prefer black color but dark brown is fine also.
