I bought this on clearance at a local Wilsons. The first use of the bag the interior pocket tore from the weight of something placed inside it. The bag looks like it's plastic and can't even pass for leather. It works for toting stuff around to and from work since it is big and roomy. I opted to keep it instead of wasting gas money driving to take it back. I would not recommend it. It's certainly not worth the price posted now & barely worth the clearance price.

I have bought this bag before and loved it. But this one isn't the same. I have only had it three months. The wrapping on the handles is coming undone and one of the metal feet on the bottom has broken off. My other bags like this lasted a year or more...but this one is falling apart quickly. Will need to find another bag next time.

Tote is classy and looks great. But it is not road warrior tested. Every day use carrying laptop and cords netted less than a months usage. I'm not hard on bags, take care of them well. The strap structure is just not feasible for laptop weight yardage. When the wrapping pulls away there is only a stitch in place to hold the strap overlap.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate this product because instead of this one, I received another tote. I am currently in the process of sending the wrong tote back to you. I hope that I am able to purchase the tote pictured for this review.

This is the third time I have bought this bag and this one just doesn't seem the same. It is stiffer and seems smaller. All the stuff I had in my other bag -- same type -- just doens't fit as well. The straps are longer on this version as well which is nice so far. I travel a lot so my bags get beat up pretty quickly, but each of these has lasted about a year. If you need a bag that can carry a lot of stuff -- laptop, files, books, a scarf, chargers, and munchies -- yep it all fits --- then this is your bag.

I liked this bag so much I bought it twice :) About 4 years ago I bought this bag and used it faithfully daily. I criss crossed the country for my job using this bag perfectly to organize my laptop and movable office. I loved it! Then to my dismay I ripped the lining. I looked everywhere for a new bag and couldn't find anything that I like and then I went to Wilson's and here it is! So I bought it again! Seriously!

The straps are thick and strong. They fit over the shoulder perfectly and you can easily grab things out of it since the top is open (it has a clasp). Lots of zip pockets and smaller open pockets for pens, phone, cables, etc....It isn't leather, but it looks it and it hold us great. My last one still looked new after years of use. I get lots of compliments!

I purchased an identical bag about 3 years ago at a Wilson Outlet Store and I use it as my everyday purse (365) and the four corners actually wore out. The replacement I just purchased is good but seems to have been cheapened up, particularly with respect to the quality of the interior lining. I like the longer handles, but they are very stiff. That may improve with some "break-in" time.
