        Was excited when I first purchased this bag. It had many pockets, and would hold my laptop and a bunch of papers, books, etc. It was made for people who actually *work*. However, I had it for 18 months when it completely fell apart. The structure of the bag is from a core of styrofoam and cardboard. The seams ripped, exposing the cardboard. It just completely ripped apart and is entirely unfixable. Terrible construction. I will have to replace it and certainly will not be purchasing this model again.

        i had the same issue with the screw coming out of the handle. they are sending me another screw. The back flap doesn't secure well with the magnets they use. overall it looks good, but dont get it if you plan on putting a lot of stuff in it.

              The U Shaped hardware that retains the handle and strap have small screws going through them after 6 weeks, one of the screws worked itself loose. I immediately took the center handle off and checked the rest of the screws to make sure they were tight. I plan on putting Loctite on the other screws. Just got off the phone ordering new screws.
